How long? Geesus... we've ALREADY been hearing fallout about it. Ever since 9/11 the Americans have been ultra protective, moreso than when the Dot-Com bubble burst.
Of course, no one sees the fact that if they free up these mediocre jobs, they can start insisting that their population GET EDUCATED, thus moving up a rung on the ladder.
Of course, all WE get saddled with is these mediocre jobs. Bah.
